Terms and Conditions
This agreement is between Voyager Golf Travel (the “agent”) and the recipient of this agreement (the “client”).
If the client retains the services of an intermediary, the client will procure the agreement of the intermediary, and ensure that the intermediary
complies with the terms of this agreement.
The Agent & all associated vendors, The Agent has back to back terms and conditions with all associated vendors or resellers and as such, at anytime the client wishes to review terms and conditions not limited to accommodation, golf and or any activity advertised by the Agent, then the vendor terms and conditions are in addition to all of the Agent terms and conditions. unless advised in writing.
Booking Procedures and Payment Policy

The reservation will be held for a maximum of seven days pending receipt of a completed booking form and Full Payment for the tour.
If Government COVID 19 restrictions affect your booking at any level, including but not limited to bookings of hotels, flights, tee times arrival and departure dates.
In the first instance, the Agent will reschedule to a new date and communicate the new dates in writing electronically or otherwise.
If however, the associated agent’s policy is to reschedule only, then this is and will be enforced and take precedence, over and above any of the terms and conditions outlined by the Agent and refunds won’t apply however we will re-schedule to a new date with no financial penalty unless the associated agent advisers otherwise. However, If the new departure date is not suitable or the client changes their mind, 100% loss of payment applies. The client can find a replacement, as outlined in cancellation fees.
The client does not reserve the right to make decisions on behalf of the Agent or any associated partner to cancel a booking or make changes on behalf of the Agent. The Agent reserves the right to hold 100% of all monies owed.
All booking unless otherwise communicated will be held as a travel credit and applied to the next available travel date to the destination which was originally chosen or if an option is available applied to a future tour of choice, this is at the full discretion of the Agent.
Tours are unable to be swapped or exchanged unless the client can find a substitute to take their place and advise in writing to The Agent the complete and full details of the replacement.
The client can not accept or take monies from any replacement person/persons. All monies must be paid directly to The Agent and once confirmation all outstanding monies have been paid, The Agent will refund the amount equivalent to what has been received by the replacement person/persons.

‘If the Client or Hotel is required to cancel or postpone the event due to force majeure, and/or government-imposed restrictions preventing interstate travel between a particular state to Queensland, then both parties will be free from liability or obligation upon written notice to the other party; and a proportion of the relevant bookings to those affected by the force majeure event can be postponed to a new suited date (subject to availability), or cancelled without any penalty to the client upon written notice to the other party. If cancelled, all such bookings will be cancelled and deposits fully refunded.
Force majeure means a cause beyond the reasonable control of a Party, which may include acts of God; acts, regulations, or laws of any government; war; terrorism; civil commotion; natural disasters including fire, flood, earthquake, tornado, cyclone, tsunami, explosion or storm; pandemic; epidemic (specifically border closure preventing travel, or Government requirements for isolation before entry) and failure of public utilities or common carriers.’
All prices are in Australian currency (AUD), include GST and supersede all previously advertised prices, unless advertised otherwise.
Full Tour terms and conditions are back to back contracts with the hotel and or flight and or golf course/resort operators. The Agent will do our utmost to minimise any inconvenience however expect some level of understanding by all clients where circumstances are out of our control.
Cancellations must be received in writing.

If the client withdraws or cancels the tour a 100% loss of full tour costs, no refund, travel credits and or compensation applies.
replacement of clients, the client must notify the agent in writing as soon as practicable and all monies are to be paid directly to the agent at least 30 days prior to departure of any replacement. Once funds have been received the agent will release the same dollar value to the client who made the cancellation.
It is the responsibility of the client to find a suitable replacement, no liability is held by the agent.
As per “Inclusions” in the itinerary
As shown on vgt.golf website and brochure or marketing material authorised by Voyager Golf Travel management. The Agent.
Not included are items of a personal nature, such as telephone, laundry or gratuities, drinks at bars, minibars etc.; and all extra communication charges incurred on a passenger’s behalf, unless shown or advertised otherwise.
Exclusion of Liability
Whilst the operator will take all reasonable steps to provide an enjoyable tour, it accepts no liability for any loss of enjoyment experienced by passengers due to circumstances beyond its control. The operator further accepts no liability for any loss beyond its reasonable control and provides no warranties in addition to those set out under the Trade Practices Act 1974 and nothing herein restricts any passenger from exercising their rights and remedies pursuant to law.
These tours include the services of other service providers (eg. hoteliers, airlines and optional tour excursions) other than the operator, which are not under the direct control of the operator, and whilst the operator takes all reasonable care in selecting these services providers, it cannot accept responsibility for those service providers’ conduct or the conduct of their representative employees or agents or for any ramifications of that conduct.
On tours including activities such as trekking, swimming and snorkelling, passengers accept that degrees of risk are involved.
No passenger will be permitted to embark or continue on tour while their mental or physical condition is, in the opinion of any representative of the operator, such as to render them incapable of caring for themselves, or whereby they become objectionable to other passengers, or they become a hazard to themselves or other passengers. The operator will not be responsible for expenses resulting in such persons being precluded from completing the tour.
Passenger Travel Insurance
The Agent does not offer or recommend any type of travel insurance and it is at the expense and ownership of the Client to purchase their own travel insurance.
If The Client does not want Travel insurance then all liability and cost and or loss of personal injury or personal effects and or product, goods and or services are at the sole cost of the Client.
Conditions of Booking
The operator will act as an agent and introduce you to the transportation companies, hotel contractors and the like who may provide passengers with the services and facilities referred to in the itinerary applicable to the tour.
All prices quoted in this agreement, including fares and tour costs, are those current at the date of publication and are subject to alteration at the absolute discretion of the operator, and in particular, but not limited to, when there are tariffs or fare variations or currency fluctuations.
under some circumstances, there may be an increase in costs due to the length of time of rescheduling and in this case, the client will be notified in writing of the total amount and pay the said amount to the agent 30 days prior to the date of travel.
Every effort will be made to follow the itinerary for each tour. However, on some occasions, it may be necessary for the itinerary to be amended due to operational requirements, weather conditions or any other factor that adversely affects the operation. The operator reserves the right to make such amendments to the itinerary which will always be in the interests of comfort and safety, and of equivalent interest or standard.
The Operator reserves the right, without payment of compensation, and whether before or after the commencement of travel, to exclude any passenger if the passenger may appear likely to endanger the health or safety or impair the comfort of other passengers. He/she may be asked to leave the tour immediately.
It is the responsibility of the passenger to supply an accurate body weight as part of the booking process and adhere to luggage weight restrictions.
9 . Acceptance
All bookings constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which are subject to change without notice.
These conditions cannot be varied or altered or waived by any servant or agent or representative of the company or by any person providing services and facilities. The company will not be bound by any representation purported to have been made on their behalf unless they confirm or have confirmed, or made a representation in writing.
10. Win your trip or cash Promotion
All prizes will be given in the format chosen by the operator. The winner will be credited the amount within 72 hours of The Agent receiving valid bank account details of the winner/s. No prize will be given as cash unless advertised or communicated in writing.
12. Social media and images for marketing purposes
All images taken before, during and or after any event, the agent has full usage of any images taken to be used for marketing purposes on any social media platform or review site the agent deems to be fit for marketing purposes.
The Client is not entitled to any type of compensation or remuneration and by checking the box on the terms and conditions agrees they are not entitled to any remuneration whatsoever.
The Client can request in writing to have their face blurred or removed from the images.
