Saturday October 30th - Palmer Gold Coast
Day 1
Drive yourself to Palmer Gold Coast arrive no later than 10:50 for registration and pre-game briefing.
If you would like to drop your bags off at the Mercure hotel first, so they are ready for you in your room when you arrive back after golf, you are more than welcome too.

Sit relax and plan your strategy for the day, chew the fat with your partner and golfing buddy, while enjoying a sumptuous lunch. The Henhouse will deliver to you:
- Tender Peri Per marinated chicken thigh fillet;
- Sausages;
- Caramelized Onion
- Assorted condiments;
- crusty bread rolls and mixed salad.
You can choose to grab your free beer, soft drink, water during lunch or take it with you on the course, maybe even grab it as you pass the clubhouse.

Day 2

A morning of leisure sleep in or go for an early morning stroll before sitting down to a buffet breakfast.

Check out and head across (3 min walk) to the pro shop at the Palm Meadows for registration ready for the day’s play.

THE COURSES
The Palmer Gold Coast
Palmer Gold Coast is a hidden gem and an amazing course to play and is in excellent condition.
Designed by the Marsh / Watson, Consistently ranked in the top 30 resort courses in the country, Palmer Gold Coast is a 6078 meter, 18 hole, par 71 championship golf course (Aust Course Rating 72).
The rolling fairways, manicured greens, and towering eucalyptus are strikingly beautiful and blend harmoniously with the surrounding residential development. A natural water-course featuring lakes, ponds, creeks and native wildlife completes a rare golf course environment.
Palm Meadows Golf Course – Ranked in Queensland
Designed by renowned Australian golfer Graham Marsh, Palm Meadows has crammed much into its comparatively short history since first opening for play in 1987.
The challenging 350-hectare par-72 course designed by Graham Marsh measures 6,319 metres off the championship tees and boasts opening and closing holes rated among the greatest in Australian golf.
Water comes into play on 14 holes and there are 82 sand bunkers around the course. There are 11 kilometres of golf cart paths for the large fleet of electric golf carts each fitted with its own esky and the latest GPS Technology.

- An Attempt is defined as a “stroke” by the USGAOnly one Attempt per Participant per Target Hole is permitted. No practice Attempt(s), “Mulligans” or substituted Attempt(s) by or for other Participant(s) are permitted.

COVID-19
‘If the Client or Hotel is required to cancel or postpone the event due to force majeure, and/or government-imposed restrictions preventing interstate travel between a particular state to Queensland, then both parties will be free from liability or obligation upon written notice to the other party; and a proportion of the relevant bookings to those affected by the force majeure event can be postponed to a new suited date (subject to availability), or cancelled without any penalty to the client upon written notice to the other party. If cancelled, all such bookings will be cancelled and deposits fully refunded.
Force majeure means a cause beyond the reasonable control of a Party, which may include acts of God; acts, regulations, or laws of any government; war; terrorism; civil commotion; natural disasters including fire, flood, earthquake, tornado, cyclone, tsunami, explosion or storm; pandemic; epidemic (specifically border closure preventing travel, or Government requirements for isolation before entry) and failure of public utilities or common carriers.’
